Being the parent of a female athlete I have always thought this was unfair that boys don't pay to cheer.
Also that level 5 athletes receive free uniforms and ect. I know a lot of it is just to bring people to a gym. But truly feel it is form of discrimination. Am I wrong?

Cheerleading has so many societal stigmas surrounding it for boys that it's almost worth letting boys cheer for free so the gym can have them in the first place. Typically gyms don't have that many boys so letting tuition slide for them can be understandable. I can't speak for your gym, but at CEA (the only gym I have experience with) all athletes pay for uniforms regardless of level.
