I have been in cheer for a year now and have been taking tumble classes every week. I stretch my shoulders and back for my bwo like crazy. My shoulders are pretty flexible, but whenever I go to kick over I never push through my shoulders and it seems like i have no flexiblity when i know my shoulders and be pushed a lot farther, but they just don't any suggestions??
