what is the weekly demo or afternoon clinic??

Afternoon clinic would be your tumbling class. Last year they had I think it was (not exactly sure the ages) ages like 10 and older go in the morning for my week, and ages 9 and below would go in the afternoon. And the weekly demo is simply the "demo" you get on the first day you get there. Once you have your evaluations then you have the demo. Last year there was the Danish Gymnastics team at the demo, and there was a bunch of guys and girls with amazing tumbling! It's pretty much just showing off, and you sit and watch them!

last year when i went week 4 bascily the whole staff was able to help me with my double.
