All-Star Can Someone Help Me Understand?

From pure lack of knowledge on some items that pertain to the structure of all the "overseeing" cheer organizations (not gyms), I was wondering the following:

1. Is USASF.net owned by Varsity?

I went on usasf.net and happened to notice their 'partners' and then I saw they had the same address as Varsity. Is it a a true independent entity or....?

Again, I feel a level of complexity because so many competitions are owned by Varsity, and I am wondering what else they oversee since I learned on these boards that they have a hand in AACCA/
