Carolina Crossfire Cheer is looking to hire a Gym Director immediately. We are looking for someone with extensive leadership skills and coaching/spotting ability up to Level 5. Experience is a must.
This person would not only take on the role of a coach but also take on many other director task to include: marketing, developing new programs for the gym, interact with coaches to insure the teams are achieving levels of expectations, responsible for the over all expansion of the program with regard to skill development, keep up the morale of the students and coaches, travel to our upstate location to help when needed, and assist owner with parent meetings all while staying professional and puntial.
