I wonder how much tickets are going to be for this. There is a 99% chance that my CP will be competing at the Encore event in the same building that day. I guess that I will be able to tear myself away from LC for 2 and a half minutes while my mini performs in a room next door --lol!! But it definitely looks like we will be in Philly that whole weekend

I wonder what the status of that competition is. It's a varsity competition so it can't be connected to this. Is that convention center big enough for two cheer events? And why (as an EP) would you want to have two events in the same place?

It could be big enough- but it is strange to think of both events being held there. Last year the Philly Flower Show was happening simultaneously to a different Encore event (in the room that CL is showing in their pic) and they had tens of thousands visiting daily.
But, I wouldn't be surprised if maybe they decide to change it to the Licouras Center (where they also have had events). The website is still saying the convention center, but who knows?
I also wonder of our gym will find that a plus or negative when deciding if we will go?

i know im late to the party, but yipeee!! im so glad Panthers are going, i would think that cheetahs would be another announcement as well, still waiting for the Senior Elite announcement. im betting on the fact that they would make them the very last team to be announced.

So if our theory is right about all coed against each other and all the allgirl teams against each other, that means Cali coed vs smoed and potentially black ops if they end up joining. Teams from the same gym will compete against each other (rays, possible CEA, wc if suns go). Not sure if that's brilliant or awkward. :confused:

that was my original thought, but small coed only has like two teams if im correct and large coed has like 5.. i cant see some of the divisions being competitive at all if they did it the normal way. so i would guess its coed vs coed, and girl vs girl.

Is it bad that I forgot Black Ops even won? I don't know, I just don't see them as a major player making big moves like some of these other teams. Everyone bet on Coed, Smoed, Aces, and LBOD as major contenders leading up to basically every major event this year (and last year with the exception of Aces because they're new) but Black Ops never really made a big mark in my book. They're talented but just kind of 'there' for me, if that makes any sense? It's late and I might just be talking nonsense..
