All-Star Cheer Division Question

My CP turns 14 in June. Will she be too old to compete as a Junior? I'm not sure where the cutoff is.

The cutoff date is August 31 per the current rules (there may or may not be changes next year but I don't expect this rule to change)

I liked it better when it was May....my little one loses a year on youth next year lol....she has an August bday...I saw they tried to change the youth cut off when they took away mini 3 and made youth 5 restricted but it did not pass...

It's a new rules cycle year? I forgot. Hard to tell when they kept doing mid-cycle adjustments.
