Our gym encouraged all our athletes and parents to download this app "Cheer RX." I decided why not and downloaded it. I think it is an awesome app that could be useful to many people. In this app they have video of all skills broken down by level and videos of multiple different drills you could do for said skill for tumbling and jumps.

If you have ever wanted to show someone a certain skill and have to pull out YouTube and go through countless videos to find one that shows the skill/ and shows it correctly then you know my struggle. It's an all in one type app.

The videos are great quality and they even show it in a slow downed pace as well. The drills can be helpful for anyone wether you are a coach teaching tumbling or an athlete wanting to get better outside of the gym.

It also has a quick link to all the rules as well.

The app is FREE

Thanks Kris10boo. One quick note for Android Users...If you are using Android, you will need to click the YouTube link in the top right corner of the video to play it. iPhone Users can simply click the play button as usual.

Accept push notifications as we will add new material and you'll want to know about it.
Hope you learn, educate others and enjoy!

Are the videos supposed to have sound?

The Fierce Board App! || iPhone || Android

No sound. This is a simple quick view with a looping example of the skill/drill. Our goal was to help the coach on the floor (quick access to new drills) or a few minutes prior to his/her private lesson or tumble class. We did include spin in notes where we felt it necessary for additional instruction.

Again...these are not intended to be 10-45 minute tutorials...Fierce Connection offers a very good option for that type of in depth training.

Enjoy...Educate others...tell all your cheer buddies about the CheerBandz CheerRX app and most importantly...Be blessed!

Really liking the app. Sort of wish it wasn't so complicated to get to each drill but I don't have a suggestion or solution to that. Great resource!
