Cheer Youtube Accounts

Hi there I currently have a cheer account on youtube(there are no videos on it yet) and I was wondering if there were any good ones to look at for some inspiration on what I should include in mine. Most people post one or two videos a month on theirs but I have the time to do one a week and would like to know what kinds of things would be good on there.
