Hey everyone!
I need your help, In my english class I have to write a paper about what I would like to be when I grow up. I would love to be a judge oneday and travel all over the country to competitions. But how and what exactly do I have to do to be able to become a judge?

If you have any thoughts or Ideas at all please share! (:

Welllllll......First of all, you need a career that will allow you to travel on weekends as you can't make enough money to support yourself just being a cheer judge. :) To be selected as a cheer judge, you need to build your resume by cheering, coaching, teaching camps, ect. Once you've established your credibility, you need to fill out your application, and send in your resume with a list of references to various cheer companies. Hope this helps!

very very true. I tried to tell my teacher that ha but she doesnt understand it

i thought you just have to pay to get certification and then take a test and pass?

To be safety certified, you have to attend a seminar, take a test, pass that test and then you are "safety certified". However, you cannot just be some random person off the street and take that test. As far as panel judging...you typically have to fill out an application, give your resumé and background, etc. And most companies require some sort of test on their scoresheets each year as well. So the short answer to 61949n is no, you don't just pay to get certified, take a test and pass and POOF you are a judge lol!
