Ok! For jumps! Sit in a pike hold one of your ankles and roll to your side so you are laying on your side in a pike position while holding the ankle on the floor. Tak your leg and lift in about 2 inches about the other one and do small lifts( they hurt but are really going to help!) then sit in a straddle put 1 hand in front the other behind you, lift one leg about 2 inches from the ground and do small circles( this workout can be done with both legs at once, put your hands in the middle) stand in a t and kick your leg behind your arm without jumping or bending your body in any way. Other workouts! For arms: t holds for however long you want( we do them for 2-5 minutes varies with coaches) go in a push up position bring one hand to the opposite shoulder and do the same on the other side. Abs! Plank holds sit-ups hollow body rolls ( lay in a hollow body, try to roll to your stomach then back to your back with out touching your feet or hands to the floor) legs! Squats wall sits and any out those jump conditioning things above! Make sure you are warmed up and stretched well before going into conditioning!Does anyone have any good workouts to help with jumps and basing? :D
