Summer fun challenge: think of a new line to contort your flyers into ;)
There's got to be something other than a stretch, scale, scorp, arabesque, and variations (bow&arrow, needle, spike). I think the free stretch (the leg held up after releasing from a bow&arrow, not sure what the technical name is but I call it a free or release stretch!) is becoming more popular and it's hard to make it look good. It really relies on different muscle strengths than the usual lines to make it hit.
Can anyone think of new and fantastic lines to pull? Or how to push the boundaries on the basics? There's no better time than summer to work on flexibility!
