All-Star Crossover?

I searched this but I couldn't find anything... Is there a crossover rule this season put in place by the usasf?

yeah NCA has a crossover limit and rule but my friend is trying to tell me theres one by the USASF thats for every competition!

You can't compete more than 3 times in one day. I believe that's the only USASF rule. NCA obviously has their own.
