When it comes to sound effects, less is more :)

One, make sure every song is at a consistent pace. Probably about 145 beats per minute.
Also make sure all the songs are the same volume!!

When you put in the sound effects, make sure they are on a count instead of randomly placed.

agreed! usually when everything is on tempo, the builds, beats, sfx and music, it will be much easier. music isnt about sfx;s either. its about personality. give the music its personality. make it have a meaning, not random lets go and yeahs.! make sure the volume of the music is at the right amount, adn the sfx dont overpower the music(: nice attempt though!

To be honest it sounds similar to my very first mix.. Take tour time think everything through and have fun

I'd say reall start to learn how to sample your music and and set them as "loops" so you can control the tempo of the entire project. You have some songs at 180-200bpm and others at 120bpm. Also, the sound effects and voiceovers are noticably louder than the music. The music is the most important part of the mix. SDFX are used to accent the music and highlight the skills that are happening at that time. This should be a good starting point for you.
