She throws a full and only had to do a few bhs so probably wasn't too harmful especially considering the doctor cleared her and recommended ice and ibuprofen.

Did anyone else thing Cambree's side base and that Olivia should be a base? My cp pointed it out to me and it made sense. For such a young team, Olivia seems like she should be a base, but I guess they wanted one flyer on the show..

Completely! I've lived with one my whole life. Even a couple of years after my brother aged out and went to college my dad would still talk on the phone EVERY day to all of the other dads about what alls going on, who's coming in, how someone's gotten worse, etc. Most of the dads in this groups kids had aged out! My brother is now 23 and I would say this continued up until about a year or two ago...

Overall, I felt this show was a little better then the previous two. That is if you can look past all the mama drama. I thought the routine they showed was actually pretty good considering they were falling apart in front of our eyes moments before they went on stage. (Though I wish they would actually show the whole routine) I think Alisha handles the team very well and looks to be a great person and coach. I just don't think the mothers of youth silver compliment Alisha in anyway, and actually make us look more poorly on the show due to their lack of professionalism.

Kylie and Cassadee's injuries were quite unfortunate but it was great of them to go out their and perform, even though we know most kids can pull it together for 2:30mins. My heart broke for little Abby(I think that was her name) who had the meltdown before going on the stage. As I feel most of us have either had a child do this or done this ourselves.

Overall the Episode was better then it has been, it was nice to see them actually perform at a competition rather then a baseball game. I hope they do continue to improve for the sake of the show.

Ughhhh she is really frustrating to me and seems so childish and disrespectful in general.

Honestly the routine was better then I anticipated and possibly TLC is editing to the point that they look god awful. Still could use some changes but for the ages of most of the kids on the team, the tumbling was pretty clean for October.

The line of the night that made me laugh and that I think I say at least once a practice is:

"I don't have time to work on things you already know how to do."

Anyways, to add a little more insight here as well, this is pretty much a collection of the weakest teams in the Chicago area, as are most Xtreme Spirit competitions. Not bashing any teams here, because anyone can turn things around, but these are the programs that traditionally are not as strong as others in the area.

Lakeshore Elite is from my area. (northwest Indiana) They are (like my CPs gym) still a developing program and are a smaller one. :) Nice people!

I feel like some parts of the show make cheer moms look bad. is it just me? Because i've never seem cheer moms act as bad as those ones.

My CP cheers for Lake Zurich Elite - Blaze. I saw her cute little face on the show last night! Blurred, but still visible :) haha! We have had some great seasons since we've been involved in the program and I've seen A LOT worse - I don't think we are one of the weakest programs in the Chicago area but I will say this season has not been our best. Our gym changed ownership this year, as well as our entire coaching staff and it's kind of been a hot mess since.

I know you weren't intentionally bashing and absolutely no offense taken. We are actually moving over to UA next season but I still feel like I should somewhat defend our program while we're still there ;)
