with the abb ripper x im not saying that you can never do this everyday but one of my coaches said that if you do it everyday its not as effective because your body gets used to it too quickly or something like that haha

Well, I didn't say I do (did) it everyday. I am well aware that you shouldn't do the same workout everyday, apart from the fact that it would be reeeally boring it also does more damage than good to never let your body rest.

i've been doing the program insanity every day. it's reallyyyy hard, but it's great conditioning.
 
im personally a fan of p90x :) i also stretch on a daily basis, and swim laps.
 
i condition a little bit out of practice.. probably 2-3 times a week
I jump with ankle weights and swim laps for endourance nothing too hard, we get enough in practice... ;)
