This is exactly our situation! Myself and the other owner both work full time and split the managerial responsibilities evenly. We do email updates probably twice a week, send mass text reminders, a monthly newsletter, and are even in contact with our athletes via text message to get them motivated. We also try- key word being TRY lol- to update the website, Facebook, and twitter as often as possible. It's a lot of work, but it makes us feel like we're well-connected with our families, which will hopefully pan out to be a good business decision for our future! Again, we're in our first year and still have a lot of learning to do, but I do think we're way ahead of the game compared to some other programs that have been around for a lot longer!
