Ok, There are no sites that have anything to do with facial expressions and that's what the judges look for. And my coach says i looked scared stiff in the routine but i don't want to look silly! What expressions are ok?

Genuine smile is the best. Look like you are having fun, or lip-sync your music/voiceover.

Avoid duck faces - and contrary to any bring-it-on / Toddlers and tiaras advice, don't mouth the vowels.

Personally, I used to sing the music.

just chatted with our gyms owner/coach (who also judges) about this a few weeks ago. She said most judges like smiles and happy faces over the duck face and definitely no tongues sticking out. lol i guess that happens more often then not teehee. My daughter loves to sing with the music and just generally tries to have fun so it shows on her face most. I saw a kid who made the "fierce" face the whole routine but i think it just made her look mean or grumpy. Cheer is about lifting up your spirits - why not try to make the audience smile - cant hurt right?
