Haha your telling me!!! I have always been taught to do my jumps in a slight low V and in blades and now that Im at a new gym I had to change it to a T and fists. Old habits are hard to break, but I am working on it.

They do alot of stretching and weightlifting and repetition with jumps and working on timing :)
