Wait...the base is smiling?! Omg I'd be sweating bullets, grimacing and praying to GOD that gravity didn't kick in and take me down, bringing my flyer w/ me. What a beast.

Haha yes...my scorpion now on my left leg is almost straight, while i can't pull it on my right leg to save my life.. :confused:

Haha yess i flew for about 10 years on my left leg, then I was at dynasty when we switched to right leg and gianni stretched us like crazy!! took a year off and im a back spot now :)

i dislike it. its such a pain to have to stretch out your other leg when one of them is a needle...

yeah you twist right.... same technique as twisting left.

I always thought it was because college guys were stronger with there right arm - therefore we had to switch our lib legs to suit them if that makes sense?!

not the team i was on.. we were taught to twist left regardless of the leg in the air.. so it was very awkward to twist out of. guess that's not what every other team did, huh? :p
