haha no, I just grabbed the bar and lifted myself up. Its not even hard to do. Im sure most cheerleaders can do this.
Heres another one with all of my feet showing, disregard the nasty tan lines. Doing cheer camps all summer had a horrible effect on my tan haha.

Hah I'm not a cheerleader but u make me wanna try it. Of course I won't be able to but it might make me work for it. Lol but I wouldn't want to try while anyone is around!
I'm going to see if my cp can do it but I doubt she can, maybe in a few years.

actually i dont think it's that easy. i think you are just exceptionally strong so its easy.. FOR YOU. that requires so much core, and arm strength!
