I think this board started in the summer of 2008 after ProX was shut down for good. kingston would probably remember better than I.

It was a site started by Craig Tatum to highlight some incredible cheerleaders and was probably the start of the "cheerlebrity" craze. It was created to help sell their music & choreography services. He had a message board attached and for 2-3 years, it was the place for cheerleading information. But his servers couldn't handle the volume and we struggled to weed out the crap posters and he finally shut it down. Admin started this board originally as the "imissthexboards" message board. It then changed to the Fierce Board not too long afterwards and kingston took over the maintenance part.

The boards started around 2008. They averaged about 800 people then. I helped it grow and took over in late 09. No we are quite a bit bigger than that.
