Your full is great! Looks way better than when I first got my full! Just listen to your coach, keep throwing it consistently & it will get better over time.
its goood, just keep your legs together haha:) i have the same issue with mine!!
Word to the wise most people's tumbling if you slow it down you are going to find plenty of mistakes so don't take it too personally but it is a good way to learn. As coaches we are used to watching skills in real time and correcting them, if possible watch your tumbling frame by frame.

The entire full is rushed. A lay out is never shown. You are twisting in your set and dropping your left shoulder. My personal pet pev please work on getting your legs together in your bhs and full.
Go back and work on spotting your feet in your lay out and delaying your twist. This going to help you get lift in your flips. I would also go back and work on elongating your double back handspring to get more lift for your flips. Your bhs is piked down.
