What are some fun warmups that ya'll utilize in practice? For instance, we play musical poms. If you don't grab a pom when the time is over, you join the sit up line. We play until there's one pom left. We also play PacMan on the lines in the gym. It's kind of like tag. Two or three people are PacMen and they try to chomp the other girls, but no one can get off the lines of the court.
