Yea, it's awful. I don't cheer anymore so I can't say I live x amount of miles from my gym, but it kills me driving to work every day and school a few nights a week!

I got gas yesterday for $3.51. When I drove to CT for the USASF meeting, I saw gas for $4.25. I was shocked.

OHHH. And there is a costco that has gas not too far from me. If i fill up there, it is usually about $0.35 cheaper per gallon. Lowest I have seen it recently was $3.10

ok I am going to stop complaining. Sweden wins for the most awful gas prices. I just switched from my big beast suburban to a more economical car. I went from $200 + a week for driving kids to school and cheer to only $90 per week. And here in Cali you get money off at shell if you use a ralphs card to shop. I just save .20 per gallon and it's $3.80 here.

Think the uk wins. I don't drive but was curious and on average we pay £6 a gallon which is $9.84!

Europe has ALWAYS had super expensive gas prices. That is why the majority of cars in Europe are small. For us Mini Coopers, Smart Cars, and Fiats are ridiculously tiny and the majority of us would never consider driving one. And an automatic transmission is necessary, as is air conditioning.

In Europe, a lot of the cars are smaller, have manuals, and no AC, which all leads to more fuel economy. Europe also has better public transportation, which is used more so then in the US because of their steep gas prices.
