First year All-Star cheer gym located near Lake Arrowhead, CA is looking for an EXPERIENCED All-Star Cheer instructor/coach to fill the role of HEAD COACH and lead us into many successful seasons.
Must have knowledge of current USASF rules and regulations, and experience coaching a Level 3 Senior Team.
We're looking for an individual who's positive, energetic, motivated and motivating, organized and dependable.
Pay based on experience, with potential for additional earnings from teaching private lessons and clinics.

JOB DUTIES:
- Responsible for developing and coaching our highest level Senior Elite team.
- Supervise and instruct lower level coaches.
- Work with gym staff to build and maintain a competitive cheer program.
- Travel to competitions is required.
- Level 3 Stunting and Tumbling skills and experience
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Punctual
- Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Prefer current USASF Certification, but will consider candidate who can obtain certification in July 2016.
