Oh I love these types of threads :).

My cp is working to get a (piked) arabian punch front step out through to a whip double as her running pass.

Her standing goal is a bh whip double.

Yes ! These are my ultimate goals; I determined to get these before Im done cheering. Good luck to your cp (:
 
Before next season start I'd like to get:
- specialty through to tuck this summer in time for next season
- try (and get!) and whip handspring toe touch handspring handspring

And then by the end of netx season:
- have a layout
- get a standing tuck
- improve my standing handsprings so that doing two to tucks are actually possible!
- have pretty (hyperextended) jumps in an alite sequence
- look into certification for level 3

Aaand teamwise:
- full team two man full downs
- full team round off handspring tucks
 
By the beginning of next season I want my layout and standing tuck, by the end I want two to layout (maybe), toe back, and maybe start working fulls :)
 
My daughter wants to make J5- I think she needs another year. She is landing her double some, has jumps to a tuck 90% of the time and working her 3 to a full. She is only 9 so I think some time to perfect these skills would be great. Her goals are a whip to a double, standing full, and learning a hitch kick double.
 
Standing whip double, one to full double(hopefully by tryouts for this upcoming season) two to double double, and ball up stretch!
 
i want overall better flexibility and just core strength.
confidence definitely!
and get over my fears in tumbling and just do it!
 
I honestly just want to get my back handspring! The pains of starting cheerleading when you're 14... Ah. I also want to become more flexible on my left leg! I'd never be able to fly (I wish) but just to be able to do what the girls I back do would make me happy.(:
 
1. NOT Get Hurt. :)
2. Get my running full consistent again.
3. Be on level four.(;
