Also, we count deductions at practice if they go full out and have more than X amount of deductions then we will go full out again instead of doing a tumble only or stunts only. and at practice we count someone not throwing their tumbling as a deduction so everyone has to do everything
 
our practices are:
-Run Mile or half a mile
-Jump
-Warmup single legs
-Warm up pyrimid
-Warm up tumbling
-do 1 rutine and get a drink and a little break
- do rutines like this until end of 2 hour practices but if they are good maybe no tumbling in it

*so anywhere from 2-6 full outs depending on how its hitting
