Off Topic
I make my daughter do this:

100 sit-ups when she wakes up (even school mornings)
100 sit-ups when she gets home
100 sit-ups before she goes to bed

Helped her get lots of tumbling! Plus gives you some abbs and a flat stomach!

I think I'll try and start that!! I already have a flat stomach but I want muscles!!
 
I just started week 4 of this & I've already seen improvements! Remember you still have to do cardio & eat healthy. I already had a pretty flat stomach with a little bit of pudge, but I can see muscle all the time now and I can see the individual muscles of my 6 pack when I flex! I really, really recommend this. I promise you'll see results fasttt!
I'm definitely gonna try it!
