its just so hard to put sooooo much work and time into something then fall short. and im a senior so i wont be able to have that experience again. :,(You have to think about the experiences that got you there. As long as you gave your all and had a blast, theres nothing else you could have done. Winning isn't everything. If you form friendships and had fun, then all your hard work was worth it:)
I know I know :( But you have to think, would winning have made you any better of a person? Would it help you in the future in your life? No. But the hardwork and dedication you had is going to follow you through life. Think about how many life lessons you learned and different people you met. Don't think about it was "Losing" but ending on a good note with a good performance. Thats all that matters(:its just so hard to put sooooo much work and time into something then fall short. and im a senior so i wont be able to have that experience again. :,(
Know exactly how you're feeling. Even though my season is going pretty well so far, I know I'm going to be a MESS at competitions knowing every competition is kind of like a last shot ):its just so hard to put sooooo much work and time into something then fall short. and im a senior so i wont be able to have that experience again. :,(
well arnt you a wise owl! :DFor me, learning how to lose gracefully is as important as learning how to win gracefully. Every win makes you stronger, but every loss makes you better. It's difficult, but you need to take the loss and turn it in to something that you can make work for you.
