Question??? How do I fix my level 1 youth girls from pulling their heel stretches out to the side? They typically don’t do it on the ground but when in the air they pull it so far to the side they fall out of the stunt! Any recommended stretches or drills??
 
Hey Coach that typically means they need to work on their stability. They are not strong enough to keep their leg in that position.
