Help With 360

So my daughter is struggling with her 360, her coach says she's healing but can not seem to explain to her how to fix it! Anyone have any pointers or drills she can do? Thank you

There are tons of things that she can do while practicing stunting, such as put something in the heal of her shoe that she will feel when she is heeling. As far as at home, anything to strengthen her core will help her with control. Also a "lazy s
Susan" that can support weight will allow her to practice spinning and staying centered. Good Luck!

Thank you she only has trouble during 360 to top. She has a beautiful switch up and tik tok, just heals on 360. Thank u
 
another tip, is before she goes pick a spot, and never stop looking for that spot squeezing her core, and pulling her weight up. Tell her to tool her shoulders a little forward so she keeps her weight centered! the rolling of the shoulders forward makes it harder to heal.
