I am a flyer and my coaches keep blaming me for dropping the stunt. I've practiced all week and watched my self in the mirror. I know it's not my fault for dropping because they keep titling my foot. One time they dropped me on my head because my back could catch a simple cradle. I've had other tops with my group and they even say they don't like or trust my group. I went with another group and I did very well. How can I make my group improve ?

As much as I would love to say that what you could say to them would improve your stunting group, I think the best precaution is to either talk to your coaches privately about your concerns, or have your parents do it for you. Your safety is the most important thing!

Use the approach that "it felt like (fill in the blank)". "So I'll do this to adjust, and y'all try this to adjust". "That will help with (blank) problem". Sharing the blame is usually the best path. Remember it's group stunting so the group needs to be accountable for what's happening in the stunt. Just blaming someone else without accepting some sort of responsibility will only prove to make your group resent the person placing blame. Best of luck.
