Hey anyopne who can tell me, would this be legal for a high school team in Maine to do..


1:13- 1:17 the outside V of the stunts. The toss stradle thing?

I believe high school release moves must start from the ground. So if you find a way to make it start from the ground, then there you go.

Under AACCA rules (not sure about Maine) you could do it if the flyer was connected by hand/arm to a bracer.

Release moves for High School must originate from the ground, but also...NFHS and AACCA are two different sets of rules, so be sure to find out which one your state follows. For example...the BWO out of the stunt is illegal for NFHS but is legal for AACCA.
