Since I'm from downstate it's really interesting to see teams from upstate. I notice upstate has more of an NCA style of a routine while if you go to westchester or long island you see more UCA style routines popping up.

In VA teams aren't allowed to have mesh anywhere near the torso area, it's actually been a rule for years maybe VA predicted the meshpocalypse. Some teams have slowly incorporated in other areas, it really can be stunning when used sparingly.

I'm a coach in WNY! Section VI near Buffalo.. But so much love for these Section V teams! Penfield and Fairport are great programs.

I wish y'all could witness the talent that Pennsylvania teams have this year! Haven't come across any videos posted of teams, but I see a lot of teams stronger than I've ever seen. I'm so excited to see how everyone does at States!
