How Do You Check Your Messages?

My thing say I have 13 messages but I have no idea to check them! I'm prolly going to fill like an idiot when someone tells me but it's driving me crazy!!!

Ok, do you see an icon at the top right of the page that looks like an envelope? If so, click on it and it should show your conversations/messages.

No when I click on that it only shows one conversation and it says I have 15 messages

Are you sure they are messages and not alerts? Is the 15 by the flag or the envelope?
