Tinys- 1 hr Sat, 1hr Tues
Yth 1- 1 hr prac wed, 2 hr prac thurs
Jr3, Sr2, Sr4.2, half year- 2 hrs twice a week.
Sr Coed 4- 3 hrs Sunday, 3 hrs Wednesday (1 hr of tumbling included in Wed prac)
Open Coed 6- 3 hrs Sunday
IOC5- 3 hrs Sunday, 2 hr semi-optional prac on Thurs (unless you have work, or live far away you have to come)
All teams have 1 optional tumbling class a week included in tuition but their are multiple tumbling classes so if you come to more than one the 2nd one and subsequent ones are just $5.
We just changed to 2 2hr pracs for lower level teams this year as opposed to 1 3hr and it is working sooooooooooo well. Our teams are ready now as opposed to not being ready until december last year. I highly reccomend the 2 or more practices a week. :)
