I would NOT recommend using two kitchen chairs placed back to back. The weight of the "flyer" on the back of the chairs can cause them to tip over while you're on them. Not that I know from experience of anything...
 
The corner of the kitchen counter will work in a pinch. A couple of tall solid bar stools work also. Tricep kickbacks in a lunge stance with dumbells also strengthens the same muscles groups but in a dynamic range of motion when all else fails
