OT How To Send A Coffee Mug In The Mail

Normally it wouldn't be such a big deal, but I have a mug that I want to ship to my great aunt and I'm so nervous that it'll break. Does anybody have any tips for shipping a ceramic mug?

What they said. Make sure that the box is small enough that the mug can't rattle around in it, but cover it in a good few layers of bubble wrap first (basically you want it to bounce if it hits the floor haha)

Bubble wrap at least two layers, as tight around as you can. Feel the edges, and if you can still tap it and make noise, add a third layer. Small box with about 2" space above, below, and around for packing peanuts (these absorb shock as it goes through the shipping process).
