my girls season was great! we tried out cheerleading for the first time with them. They are 8 and 5 years old. We did a half year team just to see if they would like it...They loved it! Going back to the same gym next season and doing a full year team. Im so exited!! The coaches are so nice, communication was great and the parents were awesome! cant get any better than that!

so glad you and your girls liked it ! good luck for next season :)

My daughter was on 3 teams this season and she had a great season! Her mini 2 team has 2 wins and 3 2nd's! Her youth 2 team has 2 wins and 2 2nd's and 1 3rd. Her J4 team has 4 wins(1 level 4 grand champion) and 2 2nd's! We have 1 comp left.
My daughter stretches every night because she wants to get a needle! She also does core exercises because she says it makes her a better flyer! She is a little excessive but I guess she loves it.
I think the most exciting thing is my daughter's j4 team is going level 5 at their last comp! We had 2 fulls at the beginning of the season and now we have 17 with a few doubles!
Hope your season finishes well and good luck next season!

Thank you sooooo much. She recently turned 9 so it is our last season as a mini!
Sounds like your girls are going to have a blast on full year teams. It is nice to have a great gym! Good luck next season!!! :)

this past season was amazing! i was on the closest team ever, i loved every single girl on that team, it made me look forward to cheer so much! besides in georgia, every comp we placed 1st or 2nd. never gonna forget this season! :)

My cp's lg youth 2 team almost went undefeated all 1st place, except for one 2nd. We brought home UCA and NCA jackets. We had 4 level two high point and one all level grand champion. We also received an award for most entertaining routine at the last comp we attended. And we're on a paid bid to all-levels in two weeks. They are an AMAZING team. I love those girls!
As a side note, at one smaller nationals we went to, my cp got a judges' award for outstanding performer, she was chosen out of all the youth 2 & 4 girls that competed!

Platinum Athletics has had a great season. All of our teams won a majority of competitions and placed well. Every team won Grand at least once this year. Our level 5's got a partial and upgraded to a full paid bid this year.

Goals for next season is to START OFF cleaning skills instead of mastering the skills sloppy and cleaning them later. We waited too long into the season to push for clean. We ended the season very strong with clean and difficult routines. Next year will be even better since we had the learning experience this year!!!

My team had a lot of ups and a lot of downs. Girls quit, injuries happened at practice and in the warm up room at competition, but we managed to pull it together for our last competition and HIT OUR ROUTINE WITH NO DEDUCTIONS day 1 & day 2, and came 1st in our division!!

This has been the toughest year of my life. It was my first year being on a level 5 team. I improved soo much this season. But I also had a lot of set backs. Back in october I tore my meniscus and then in november I tore some of my Mcl both where in the same leg. But I kept on pushing and kept going. All of the work paid off when my team was the first IOC5 team on the west coast to get a full paid bid. It was one of the happiest days of my life! But all of that came to an end 4 days later when I blew out my ankle. I took a month off but when I came back everything was different. My tumbling completely changed and I worked sooo hard to try and get all of my tumbling back but its still not all there. I am no longer competing because of that injury and its really hard. So for the rest of the season (worlds) I will be sitting on the sidelines cheering my family on.......

My season started off great but ended horribly. Hopefully next year will be better.
