If You Can’t Practice It, Don’t Expect To Perform It
I tell my CP all the time, practice the way you expect to perform. Otherwise you'll go out there and be disappointed when the stars don't align and everything doesn't hit. She hates it but it is definitely my mantra for her. Thanks for a great article.
