hello all, this is a great site.
i just got hired on as the jv coach for my local high school. i am nervous and excited at the same time. i was wondering how i can get my team ready for nationals, it was the first time they made finals last year so i feel like i have a lot of pressure on me. what did you do differently to get your team to succeed?

Make sure they know what your goals are, and make sure they know the hard work associated with it, and that they are okay with it. Anything can be accomplished with a good, strong, bonded team and some hard work!
