So I've been into Cheer in soon 4 Years, and I am a Mainbase. Altough I still like to stretch bc I think it's Cool to be able to pull Bodypositions (And it's good for jumps! =D ) But Lately when stretching my Back its Hurts so bad after pulling a scorpion. It does hurt a few days after also even bending the back backwards. It does not hurt to just stretch my back (if I haven't stretched my scorpion in a few days) Do I pull the Scorpion wrong in someway? And is is my Technique? Also It does not hurt as much when I stretch my other side :))
And I am warming up with jogging and some other stuff, Also Im stretching before pulling! :)
