Did anybody else loose information or registrations yesterday when iclassPro went down? We opened our fall tumbling registration and have close to 50 class requests wiped out. They are telling me there is no way to get them back or trace it. The equals $1000's of dollars and lots of angry customers. Any body else?

To add insult to injury we can't get anybody that actually knows anything to return out call.

New online management system? I think so. Suggestions welcome.

Oh gosh! Thank God we did not lose anything... That would pretty much kill our operations. We do everything on iclass. I'm so sorry to hear that. The reason we chose an online management system was to protect against computer crashing and losing info. Good luck on getting it all back.
