I can still do the splits! Been married 13 years. Coincidence? I think not.

My mom is 44 and can still do left leg splits.

I am 23- I don't work on my tumbling...just hope to maintain it for competitions. I probably should work on it but I'm too busy teaching the kids to tumble...I can jump to tuck, 2 to full, and r/o BHS double, cartwheel full, arabian to full.

Arabian to double 2004-2005- Threw it for college tryouts (on a hard floor!) but lost it after I went to college
Decent looking scorpian 2001-2006- It severly hurts now lol

My Mom is 52 and I taught her to fly in a prep in the pool a few months ago with me and my sister basing lol.... I've been putting her in toss to shoulder sit since I was in 9th grade. She also can do a handstand and a cartwheel, but never did gymnastics or cheer:)

I guess I need to retire walking on my tip toes.....
I was doing some conditioning with my wee little 4-5 year olds and I was showing one how to walk on her tip toes and my ankles cracked and my Achilles tendons crunched really funny.
