I thought it might be an idea to have a place where we can post fit test results/motivation/"I'm never doing that again" etc.
I know I'm more likely to push myself in the tests if I make my results public.

So here's what I got today doing the first fit test:

Switch kicks: 120
Power jacks: 40
Power knees: 65
Power jumps:25
Globe jumps: 8
Suicide jumps: 16
Push-up jacks: 20
Low plank oblique: 50

How is everyone else getting on with it? I'm not sure how I'll be able to make myself do all 60 days with cheer 4 times a week as well!
 
I'm starting on monday the 28th! I'm going outta town this weekend so figured it to be best to start first thing monday!
