I just watched Spirit and their routine was A LOT worse than I thought it was (IOC)
so I believe they can easily make finals if they hit

Just watched the Top Gun video and saw the base pull the girls top up so I guess that is the janet moment unless there was another. Could have been another as well but the VOD isn't super clear so it would be hard to tell. Wondering if there was a warning or anything for that.
