I'm loving the competition in large junior all girl. All of them are amazing teams! I hope ICE will still attend NCA this season

looking at the teams in small jr all girl i think Colonels from woodlands elite can take nca this year! they almost had it last year... crossing my fingers for them!

i think it will be between twist n shout and colonels! both always amazing teams!

They were small. Our Ashburn gym closed down right after their tryouts so all our ashburn athletes were transfered to the manassas gym so we had J5 to for the younger ashburn athletes but 14 girls crossing over is way to many especially because J5 practices were the same nights as Sco5 and it would be way to overwhelming.
