Thanks!I think it could definetly could help with flexibility. I'm quite flexible, even at my age lol, but I find I am already more flexible in my hips, calves, and hamstrings. My back flexibility has improved as well. I think it would be a nice addition to your workout to warm them up, get the muscles stretching in ways that are different than cheer stretches and then move into split stretches, etc.
