High School Legal High School Baskets

For home games our coach wants us to do basket tosses for starting line-up. We'll have a mat to do them on. I was wondering which baskets were legal with a mat. I know you can do straight rides and toe touches, but what about fulls or kick fulls? Hitch kick fulls?

All of those are okay, assuming your state doesn't have any additional rules. At the high school level, as long as the flyer isn't inverted or doesn't do more that 1 and 1/4 twists, you're good!

I'm really not sure what you're rules are but as far as I know kick fulls, fulls, and switch kick fulls are legal. But im not positive! I'm going by my state's rules. :)
